Photograph of a P. victoria-regina flower. This ladyslipper orchid has a green, medially ridged hood, two green and purplish "arms" that twist out to the sides, and a red-spotted purple "bowl" beneath, with a white upper rim. Everything but the bowl is covered in a sparse purple fuzz.
